What to prepare for

The screening consists of a Compass test and a simple interview in English.

The Compass Test contains 6 modules to assess the readiness of the candidate for pilot training. These 6 modules include:

  • Coordination of hands, legs and eyes
  • Spatial orientation
  • Multi-tasking
  • Simple calculation and estimation
  • Short-term memory
  • Mental abilities

The primary purpose of the screening is to get to know the applicant better and to determine which areas the training will focus on most. It is not a tool used to filter applicants out of training. We will receive the results of the Compass test and consult you on them on the same day you take the test.
